What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit begins with a thorough consultation to discuss your skin history, concerns, and goals. From there, your treatment is thoughtfully customized to support your skin barrier and overall skin health. My approach is calm, intentional, and results-driven—never rushed or one-size-fits-all.

How often should I get a facial?

For most clients, every 4–6 weeks is ideal to maintain healthy skin and support long-term results. Acne-focused treatments may be recommended more frequently, especially in the beginning, to help calm inflammation and encourage consistent progress.

Do you treat acne-prone skin?

Yes. Acne-prone skin is one of my specialties. I work with professional-grade skincare and treatment protocols designed to address breakouts while protecting and strengthening the skin barrier. Each acne treatment plan is personalized and adjusted as your skin improves.

How long does it take to see results?

Every skin journey is different, but many clients begin to notice improvements in texture, congestion, and inflammation within the first few treatments. Long-term results come from consistency, proper home care, and patience. Healthy skin is a process, not a quick fix.

Do you offer customized treatments?

Yes. While services are listed to provide guidance, every facial is customized to meet your skin’s current needs. Your treatment may vary from visit to visit as your skin changes and responds.

What skincare brands do you use?

I primarily work with professional skincare lines such as DMK, Lira Clinical, and Face Reality, chosen for their focus on skin health, results, and integrity. Product selection is always based on what your skin truly needs, not trends. Recommendations are made with education, intention, and transparency.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through my scheduling system. If you’re unsure which service to choose, you’re welcome to reach out and I’ll be happy to guide you.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for 24hr. advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client and helps keep scheduling fair for everyone.
