Our Policies

To ensure every client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve, the following policies are in place. These guidelines help keep the studio running smoothly while creating a calm, respectful experience for everyone.

Appointments are reserved specifically for you so I can provide unhurried, personalized care. If you need to cancel your appointment or make appointment changes, please notify me at least 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment before booking. Thank you for understanding.


If you cancel your appointment the day of or do not show up to your appointment without notifying me you are subject to a 20% fee for your scheduled service.

To maintain a relaxed and unrushed experience for all clients, appointment times must be respected. If you are running late please notify me. There is a 10-minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. If you are late beyond the 10-minute grace period, I will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a 20% fee for your scheduled service.


Clients under the age of 18 can enjoy facial treatment services under the following guidelines: 

  • Children under the age of 13 cannot receive services; nor are they allowed in the treatment room during services.
  • Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian present to sign a waiver and that parent/guardian must stay on the premises throughout the service.
  • It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to monitor the child's behavior.


Due to the nature of a professional skincare environment (products, equipment, and safety considerations), children are not permitted in the treatment room. Thank you for understanding and helping maintain a calm, safe space for all clients.


To maintain a clean and sanitary treatment space, pets are not permitted in the studio. Registered service animals are always welcome.


  • All returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Products returned unopened, unused, with the safety seal intact, and in original packaging, will receive a 100% store credit of the product purchase price.
  • Opened, unsealed, and/or partially used products are not returnable.
  • Purchase of seasonal items, "sale" items, or items special ordered for you are final.
  • Services are nonrefundable. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact me immediately so together we can reach a solution. 


Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Abide & Bloom Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards; lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards will not be replaced.


I have created this privacy policy to demonstrate my utmost commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.


I respect the privacy of my customers and will not release any customer information to third parties. I never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only. Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Abide & Bloom Studio and customers. I respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings.


If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or emails, or to change your expressed interests, simply let me know and your file will be updated.


  • Articles and/or other information contained within this website is for informational use and is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition, and should not be considered medical advice.   • Please alert your esthetician of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention. A contraindication may require a delay or denial of service.
  • All packages and series must be used within 1 year of purchase.


Once you enter the studio, you are in a safe space. Abide & Bloom Studio is a judgment-free zone where your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are my top priorities.
